As you know, traveling internationally is one of my favorite things to do and I am always jazzed when I learn about a destination that I’ve never been to.
Thanks to Tracey Friley of The Passport Party Project, the Guadeloupe Islands are now on my radar. In June 2015, 10 teen girls from The Passport Party Project – a global awareness initiative that gifts underserved American girls with their very first passports – will get a chance to get their very first passport stamps in Guadeloupe and stay in a beachfront villa sponsored by HomeAway.
Can you imagine having your first international experience being in a fabulous beachfront villa? HomeAway has so many options, the girls are going to love it!
First, I just want to publicly say thank you for being on The Passport Party Project’s volunteer Advisory Board. It’s great to have you! 🙂
It will be my first time in the Guadeloupe Islands as well and I’m not just looking forward to it for the 10 new global citizens, but for myself as well! Is that selfish? LOL
Looking forward to working together as Passport Party Project advisory board members, Roni. I visited the Guadeloupe Islands last year – and they blew me away! You all are going to love it there.
I went years ago when I got out of high school. It was one of the ports of call on a cruise. I remember feeling completely blown away on so many levels. I need to return for an extended stay. Hopefully I’ll meet up with you and the other Advisory board members there. Honored to be a part of it!
What a great project to be a part of! I hope you get to go with them. It looks beautiful!
Another destination to add to the list, right?

Nope! Not selfish at all! Thanks again for asking me!
