What Would You Do If One Of These Was Your Car?

If I were to park this close to someone while driving in a big city in America, I think I would get cussed out.  In fact, there was a story on the news last night that a man was stabbed because he opened his door into the car next to him (are we really that crazy here in the States?). But in Paris, this is a normal occurrence and no one seems to mind. You see this all over the city and it’s done with all types of cars. The streets in Paris weren’t designed with cars in mind so parking can be a bit precarious. At times you have to make a space where there may not really be space. That is one of the reasons there are so many small cars in Paris, someone with a huge car would have a harder time trying to find somewhere to park. Not to say big SUV’s or luxury cars don’t exist in Paris because they do, but these small cars below are more common.

I thought you would get a kick out of seeing how some people park in Paris, would you see this in the city where you live?
