I was walking to meet some friends by the Seine and I took the metro to Trocadero. I don’t usually go that way but I do love looking at the Eiffel Tower, no matter how many times I have seen it. Trocadero has a great view of Eiffel, and it was getting dark so the backdrop was amazing.
As I was walking down the steps I noticed the fountains were on and I couldn’t remember when was the last time I had seen them. As I was walking by the mist from the water felt wonderful on my skin, as it was quite hot out. There were people sitting on the grass, having picnics and little kids running thru the mist (there was a ton of it).
I took this as I was crossing over the bridge to go down to the Seine. I can’t even tell you how many shots of The Seine I have but I never get tired of looking at it. Depending on where the sun is, the river can look so different.
Have you been to Paris? Have you seen the fountains?
