I was sent this product to review. I wasn’t paid and even if I was, I would still give you my honest opinion.

Have you heard of Nuun (pronounced noon)? I hadn’t until I was asked to review it. Since I travel and workout so much (did I tell you that I like to workout? I have a trainer and we workout 2/3 times a week).  Anyway, I sweat so much (lovely image, I know) so I was happy to try a sports drink tab that would help with hydration.

I think Nuun is ideal to take while traveling because when you do lots of  exploring it’s always good to stay hydrated.  Nuun adds a pop of flavor without being too sweet, and It doesn’t hurt that it’s sugarless and easily dissolvable in water.

I normally carry a big bottle of water which is about 32 ounces so I used two tablets instead of one. I like the way Nuun added a bit of flavor to my water but wasn’t overpowering. I also drink my water cold and I enjoyed the taste of Nuun better in cold water than I did when I tried it in room temperature.

The small containers that the tablets come in make it easy to carry around in your purse or you can keep them in your car, your carry-on bag, your backpack, etc. They don’t take up much room at all but don’t let the small size fool you, they do the trick!

Do you like sports drinks? Do you drink water when you travel?

  1. The bottles are so cute! What flavors were there? If they are sugarless what are they sweetened with? I haven’t seen these around but I’ll bet I’ll see them popping up everywhere now. Great post!

    1. Here are the flavors: Orange, Lemon Lime, Strawberry Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Kona Cola, Lemon Tea, Tri-Berry, Grape, Tropical, Citrus Fruit, Watermelon (seasonal), Lemonade, and Cherry Limeade. I’m not exactly sure how it’s sweetened but here is the link to their site. Hope that helps and thank you for commenting! http://www.nuun.com/products
