Do you love cars? I do and thanks to Mazda and Driveshop I was able to drive this car for a week. All they asked for was a blog post in return, how could I say no? And when they don’t tell me what to write it makes the deal even sweeter!
It’s official. I’m fancy. From now on please call me Ms. Fancy. Know why? Cause after driving the Mazda 3 I feel like I am a member of an elite society that knows that driving a Mazda 3 is boss.
This past week I was in Los Angeles and driving in LA can be a beast (and not in the good way) so being able to whip in and out of traffic like a champ was wonderful.
The Mazda 3 has so much to offer which you may not think possible in a car this small but bay-bee…let me tell you. This car is phenomenal.
Oh, and guess what? I filled up my tank with $20. TWENTY DOLLARS.
My cousin Marlene and I went to Malibu to hike (I’ll tell you about that later) and this car hugged those hills so much I felt like I was dark-skinned Danica Patrick.
When we drove up to the parking lot there were no spaces. Was I worried? Nope. My Mazda 3 fit in a part of the parking lot that wasn’t made for cars. This spunky little thing went off road and parked like a charm.
Ok we’re gonna ignore the fact I’m parked in a red zone and focus on the beauty of the front of the car, ok?
Isn’t it purty? Another perk about this car was the sound system. I wish I had a video of me rockin’ out while listening to XM radio but…well I don’t cause it’s dangerous to film while driving. But I like my music LOUD. Like, I have to have all the windows up while I’m driving cause otherwise people will look at me like I’m crazy when I pull up to a light (you know the looks you give people when they do that). But the sound system in this car is spectacular. The sound only gets better and deeper the louder you play it.
In the pic below you can see how convenient the car is. With one hand I had access to my coffee, water, navigation system, the volume and the gear shift. The arm rest was perfect because I never had to move my right arm if I didn’t want to yet I was still able to do everything I needed to.
The next 3 pics were taken around Downtown Los Angeles. There’s something about a pretty car in front of street art, don’t you think?
