I was looking through some old pictures and I came across this pic I took when I was in Hawaii several years ago. I love it because the rainbow is so vivid, there is no filter on this picture. And I took it back in the day when you actually took pictures to the store and waited for days for them to be developed so the camera was totally different than what I have now. Isn’t the rainbow lovely?
I saw this rainbow in Hawaii when my friend and I were just hanging out on the beach. We were lounging and enjoying the sunshine (you know, I have to constantly work on my tan) and I looked up to see if I could spot some cute eye candy playing volleyball. Much to my delight I saw this rainbow instead. This picture is totally unedited, I just shot it and posted it for you. Some people have different beliefs about rainbows. If you believe in The Bible, then you probably believe that the rainbow is a reminder of God’s promise to never destroy mankind with water again. Or you may believe that if you can get to the end of the rainbow, there will be a pot of gold waiting for you. Or maybe you believe that rainbows show up after a rainstorm because the raindrops are hit by the sun at a precise angle and serve as a reflector of light. Whatever your belief, I think we all can agree that this rainbow is a lovely sight and a welcomed vision any day of the week.
