I think visual representation is really important, don’t you? I don’t remember seeing pictures of black policemen from other countries and I am tired of only seeing negative images of Black men from Africa so while I’m here in South Africa my posts will represent the way I see Black men in my life…strong, hard working, and powerful. These pics were taken in Capetown and the officers stopped so I could snap their pics. Don’t they look regal?
