Travel isn’t just something I do, it’s a lifestyle that permeates every part of my life. One of the beautiful things about travel is I’m able to bring back reminders from trips so that I can have a bit of them with me as I return to my life. What a joy to walk in my home and see lovely objects all around and in my closet!
Today I’m offering you the opportunity to experience the best South African gifts without having to leave your home. Many of the products I’ve brought back contain Rooibos which is only found in South Africa. How lovely to be able to wash your face with Olive Oil soap hand crafted by African artisans! Or sit and enjoy Rooibos tea which you can stir with a hand carved marble tipped spoon.
These hand made cow bone tribal bangles are a perfect way to keep South Africa in mind.
These small hand painted bowls are ideal for either being displayed or can be filled with treats. I use mine for a few office supplies and keep them on my desk. Aren’t the hand-painted animal scenes lovely?
Candy! These treats are all natural and don’t contain any of the gook (yep…gook) that is added to many American products. Isn’t it great to have fruit snacks that don’t contain any harmful additives?
Who wouldn’t want hand carved marble salt and pepper shakers? You can’t get this kind of craftsmanship in most retail stores. How many people do you know season their food with animals carved in their shakers?
If you like everything you see you can have them all! The opening image has all of the items from Cape Town. They can all be yours for $300. If you’re interested please click here to see all that’s included.
I won’t be mad if you share this post with those who appreciate the best South African Gifts! I’ll be back next week with another post, until then please join me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram where I share all kinds of travel tips, pics, and deals!
