So you know how much I love apartment rentals while I’m traveling, right?  Well the pictures below were of our apartment in Bratislava, Slovakia. I traveled to Bratislava with my mom and we both loved this place. We were about a 15 minute walk from the center of town and the apartment rental had everything we needed including a washing machine (but no dryer). Dryers aren’t super common in Europe so that is pretty normal.

We had some problems in the apartment the first night and guess what? The owner showed up the next morning and took care of everything, and she brought us breakfast to say sorry for the inconvenience. Wasn’t that nice? She also had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived in the apartment.

This is what you see as soon as you walk into the apartment. The bedroom is to the left, kitchen to the right.

See the door on the left? That’s the bathroom. Yeah, I know. A bathroom in the kitchen, go figure.

The living room is very comfy, the couch lets out into a big bed.

See the bottle of wine? You know I was happy when I saw that…

I LOVE this light fixture!

Wasn’t that sweet of her to bring us these treats? Please don’t ask me what they are called because I have no idea. I just ate them.

Do you like apartment rentals? Have you ever rented an apartment while traveling?

  1. My partner and I absolutely love your blog and find nearly all of your post’s to be what precisely
I’m looking for. Does one offer guest writers to write content to
suit your needs? I wouldn’t mind creating a post or elaborating
on a number of the subjects you write related to here. Again, awesome website!
